We take whole pecans and toast them to bring out all of their tasty goodness. Then we fold them into a rich toffee base that is rich in butter (it's almost embarrassing the amount of butter we use) and a touch of vanilla (only real vanilla will do!). This brittle is a perfect blend of soft yet crunchy and absolutely zero stick to your teeth frustration!
