Our scrumptious pecan brittle turned up to 11! Sometimes accidents are a good thing. One day we added more salt (we were doing the recipe from memory. Don't do that! It rarely works out this well!) than we were supposed to and liked the results. We lie, we LOVED the results! So you may love it too! And who loves it most?  Aunt Sue!  In the early days of our brittle making journey we weren't selling too much of this flavor online.  In person it flew off of the shelf but online not so much.  Aunt Sue was heartbroken when we decided to pull it from the origional line up.  Who adores Aunt Sue and wants her to be happy always?  WE DO!  So, we kept it in.  And we are so happy we did!  Today it's one of our top sellers on and off line.
